Our diagnostic is always FREE. If we cannot diagnose your laptop issue, no charge applies.
If we cannot fix your laptop within 7 days of taking it for repair, you may request a full refund of any deposit paid.
If we attempt a repair but cannot resolve the issue, you don't pay. This is our standing guarantee.
Parts purchased separately can be returned within 7 days in unused, original packaging for a full refund. Defective parts replaced under manufacturer warranty.
If you are not satisfied with the repair quality, contact us within 7 days. We will re-inspect and re-repair at no extra cost or issue a partial refund as appropriate.
Refunds processed via the same payment method used. UPI/Bank transfer refunds: 2-3 business days. Cash refunds: same day at our center.
Once a repair is completed and accepted by you, the charge is non-refundable unless the same issue recurs (handled under warranty).
